This was a nice property with golf course across the street from the beach. I was disappointed in the lack of help with luggage, no coffee pot in room, all power goes off when you leave the room, so minirefrig. get warm, and hair dryer not too powerful. Still the facility was nice and the beaches are beautiful. It is a little difficult to locate, as it is pretty far off the main road to Cadiz.

It was offered jacuzzi but it was not the truth: the water was no warm but cold; and the water in a true jacuzzi must be warm. I called the hotel just asking if the jacuzzi was running and they told me "yes". I choose this hotel among several of them equivalents because the jacuzzi, so I am frustrated.

We were visiting sick relatives in the area and had a lot of meetings to help with their affairs and decided to stay in a hotel with some leisure facilities as well as business facilities not too far from their home - the indoorpool was COLD - not heated - so was the jaccuzzi section and the changing rooms so could not swim -central heating in our room didnt work and when did was on full - TV English channels broken down most of the time and were repeatedly advised it was a problem (??) - only one Computer in the main reception area which was huge so surely a small area could be sectioned off for a private business centre where guests can work privately - so no business centre even though business had to continue whilst travelling - the location of the hotel was very hard to find - but once there it is in lovely surroundings - the rooms looked and were to some extent in need of revitalising - somewhat shabby - with no teamaking or coffe facilities despite the rooms having separate sitting/dining room - from the bathroom and bedroom We would stay there again if some of these issues were rectified as it is near to family and to the lovely old town of Chiclana and Conil and the beaches - so we could utilise it as we had originally intended partially business/partially recreation - the golf course looked superb and we do play golf! The outside pool was very big and looked superb. Pity during the winter months it all seemed neglected and 'tired'!

We had only booked the room, so no comment on the food. For our opinion you NEED a car. Otherwise you are stuck. One critical point: we had to leave very early in the morning on check out, and it was not possible to get just a cup of coffee without booking a huge breakfast. When the weather changed one day to cloudy the room smelled drainy. After weather change to sunny it was gone.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From Jerez and Sevilla airports take the highway towards Cádiz until Puerto Real, then towards Algeciras until reaching Chiclana. Once in Chiclana follow the signs to Playa de la Barrosa and from there to Novo Sancti Petri.
