Excellent stay, staff very helpful and friendly. Only drawback is the decoration in the corridors and rooms which reminds you of a clinic or hospital environment - everything is painted in faded pale yellow colour - very clinical.

Disons que l'hôtel ne nous a pas impressionné, mais c'est surtout Chiancianno Terme qui nous a déçu....détour inutile dans notre voyage. Heureusement il y a Montepulciano à proximité.

Front desk staff was very helpful. Not much in the way of dining anywhere close. Room was very tiny, but the fan was great in the hot summer.

La camera ha il wc in una stanza e il bidet e doccia in un altra. La mattina alle 5:30 una comitiva di anziani urla e fa chiasso non rispettando la tranquillita' altrui.

We had a great stay at Villa Maria, a small hotel with very helpfull and serviceminded owners and staff.
Our room was neither beautiful nor trendy, but it was spotless! There was a nice little balcony with afternoon sun outside our room. The hotel is situated in a small street up from the main street so there are no disturbing trafic at all! Two of the thermal parcs are situated nearby (two minutes walk), and the soroundings are beautiful. Villa Maria is not a trendy or luxurious hotel, but they provide a clean and relaxing environment.
Personaly I will return there if I ever go back to Chianciano Terme.
