Staff very friendly and helpful. Due to fisherman's strike we weren't able to stay the first night, but they didn't charge us for that. Hotel was fine, room and parking adequate for myself and my two teenage sons.

Easy to find from the ferry port. On arrival the room was very clean, if a bit clinical with everything being white. Room was available from 13.00 which was great to put down our case and do a bit of sightseeing. The surrounding fast food shops did not cause us any concern and we both slept really well. No meals were eaten in the hotel ,we found a good selection of cafe and restaurants nearby, as hotel was so central.

We arrived early--9:00 am and they had our room available to us by 9:30. Room was clean and comfortable.

The standard of the rooms is very variable and we had a very pokey and stale room one time and a spacious and airy room with lovely big bathroom the second time. The price did reflect this difference but it was strange to have such different rooms in one hotel. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Excellent location, and easy to find. Wasn't a choice of a non-smoking room but the windows opened and the smell faded. Excellent shutters so the room was really dark, only downside was the noise from next doors bathroom. Nevertheless, we would stay there again as it was great value for money and an ideal location.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and will definately use it in future. It is easy to find and a short stroll from the town centre and the park and marina.The rooms are warm and pleasent,a decent size with comfortable beds and good ensuite facilties. It is also very reasonably priced. A word of warning to visitors to the area.The Shangriala chinese resteraunt just along the road is appalling, this was the worst food and service we have ever had anywhere in the world and the price was a total rip off, you get more food in pot noodle.

Hotel was recommended to us and we found it excellent and will use it on future trips.Very pleased. Very easy to find and usefull secure parking. Warning to visitors avoid the Shangrila chinese resteraunt just down the road service and food is terrible, worst we have ever had anywhere and prices a total rip off.

I know Cherbourg quite well but this hotel would be very easy to find anyway.It is clean and tidy with large rooms and very comfortable beds.The lounge is nice and the staff are very friendly.It is genuinely only a few minutes walk to the town centre.The secure garage parking is well worth the small cost for peace of mind.We will definately be booking here on future visits to Cherbourg.

An excellent small hotel in the centre of Cherbourg many bars and restaurants in easy wlaking distance. A very friendly and helpfull staff. Very good off street covered and secure parking at a small additional charge. We will stay there again.

The initial welcome was not very friendly - I suspect the receptionist was having a bad day! After that everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The location is excellent for the town centre and parking is available.
