The hotel rooms were very nice and very well furnished, I would define it a place for travellers, not for people who want to spend an entire vacation there

Dinner is interesting - there is no choice so you take pot luck. However the owner is an excellent cook and the meal was tremendous!
A lot of noise fram farm machinery very early in the morning.

We didn't like the hotel at all. The toilet was broken at the first day and the bed was so uncomfortable that we got up both with pain in our back. Our room was overlooking to the main road and it was quite noisy from early morning till late evening. Breakfast was very poor. Also the hotel is situated in very poor area, in little village and there is nothing interesting. Only one thing what we liked was the forest between Chambord and hotel. You can discover there in the evening a lot of wild animals.

This small hotel is an excellent choice, the owners really try to assist with your agenda and are particularly sympathetic to wildlife locally and visitors interrsted in birdwatching or wildlife study.
