We've stayed here several times when in Chablis. Its a little out of town (1-2km)but can be walked in good weather. (too cold on our last visit) Its nice and quiet and good value. The online booking is useful. Savings on hotels can be spent in Chablis. We did not try the restaurant or the breakfast! Also the associated restaurant in town seems to be closed most of the time. Try the Laroche restaurant in Chablis, good food and wine.
