Excellent value - we had a room with a wonderful view of the Cathedral, Piazza, and Elephant Monument. Comfortable twin beds. It was a bit noisy at night, but it is, after all, the center of town, and a very convenient location for sight seeing. Polite, friendly staff. Great breakfast at the the cafe next door. The one drawback was the lack of an elevator. I booked a room for one night the following week directly with the hotel. It was more expensive to book that way. Definitely recommend this hotel and Venere.com.

Booked a single room - was given, at same price, very spacious double room with balcony overlooking street. Excellent location - better than appeared on map - stone's throw from Piazza Duomo and excellent restaurants and bars.
