We have an American Bar with a lot of tables and a restaurant with the best Tuscan recipes and a menu of fish (included Sushi), and large choise of excellent wines. The hotel (albergo) was a bit difficult to find, so: It is situated at the right side of route 429 going (from south) north out of Castelfiorentino. And the sign outside the hotel is not very distinct. We used this hotel the night before leaving Italy from the airport of Pisa.
