Dommage que le repas pris au restaurant n'ait pas été à la hauteur des prestations offertes par l'hôtel (il a fallu faire réchauffer deux fois un plat qui était servi froid !!!)

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

It is very easy to reach us, either by car or by train/plane: Casciana Terme is a well known resort, links are thus well shown and the last few kilometers of road wind along the typical Tuscan countryside. To reach the Grand Hotel San Marco from Pise, Leghorn or Florence will be a pleasant and short trip.

By Car:
Casciana Terme is easy to reach: drive down the motorway Rome-Milan (A1), take the exit Firenze Signa and then the SGC Fi-Pi-Li direction Pise. Exit at Ponsacco and then follow the road markings to Casciana Terme: you will get at the Hotel in half an hour.
If you come from Genoa (A12),take the exit Pisa Centro, then the SGC Fi-Pi-Li direction Florence up to the Ponsacco exit.

By Plane:
The airports Galileo Galilei in Pise and Amerigo Vespucci in Florence are the ideal starting point to easily reach Casciana Terme. Situated half way between the two cities, Casciana is well connected to both by an efficient road way. Small planes can land at the Capannoli Aviosuperficie, not far from Casciana.

By Train:
The trains reaching Pontedera station both from Florence Santa Maria Novella and Pisa Centrale are virtually non-stop. An efficient shuttle and taxi service will bring you from Pontedera to Casciana in half an hour.
