You pay as for an hotel, but actually it looks much more like a simple hostel. As a consenquence, the price of the rooms is too expensive because of the service offered.Moreover, the room where I've sleeped (6 nights) was close to the kitchen so there was a really bad smell from 17.30 pm until 21.

struttura semplice ma con ottimo rapporto qualitá/prezzo. oltre la colazione (a misura di ospite tedesco con wurstel, affettati, pane burro e marmellata)c'é l'opportunitá di cenare in hotel con una cifra ridottissima (6euro a persona), ma lo sconsiglierei agli amici italiani, clienti un po'particolari quando si parla di cibo. Le camere sono pulite, ma se alloggiate su strada la notte c'é abbastanza rumore. Piccola nota:portatevi asciugamani di riserva o accappatoio perché avrete 1 asciugamano a testa, sebbene vi verrá cambiato tutti i giorni. Nel complesso siamo stati bene, perché la localitá merita.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By airplane
From the Palma Airport, follow signs to Santañy, then proceed on Manacor, and then follow signs for Son Servera or Arta. Then follow signs for Cala Ratjada. Overtake the petrol station and proceed straight on, then follow signs for Puerto. Proceed straight on until you arrive at the turning for Cala Guya (on the left-hand side) and take the fourth turning on the right. Reach the Bellavista Hotel.
