Everything was just like I thought it should be. Very friendly and nice owners. Very nice climate of the hotel. The only tiny minus is the primary school nearby. It is hard not to hear the pupils in the morning, unless you go from june till september.

I stayed in the double room with shower. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is closed to the center of Juan les pins. In case I will be again in Jaun le Pins I will visit again this hotel.

This hotel offers great quality for the price. The owners were very friendly and the hotel met our needs perfectly. The furnishings are somewhat dated but charming. Highly recommended.

L albergo e molto carino,i proprietari anche, il parcheggio dell-albergo aiuta molto, le spiagge piccole, sconfortevoli e quasi tutte a pagamento. La citta di Juan les Pins puzza a urina............dopo due settimane da quando abbiamo lasciato la citta abbiamo ancora nelle narici la puzza..... In a quiet location. The hotel was a great base for exploring the nearby towns. The town of Jan-les-Pins was a typical beach town with bad food and not much to do, but Antibes, Cannes, Nice and Vence are close by for easy day trips. A good choice if you want a quiet place with reasonable prices and service. Our only complaint is that the hotel only wanted to accepted Visa charge cards (no MC, no Amex), although this is not mentioned on the site.

We stayed at the Marjolaine for 2 nights in May. We had some trouble finding it, but the location was very close to the beaches, but far enough to be quiet. Very nice breakfast, nice room over garden, no lift, so keep it light. Very nice stay

Excellent, small, cosy, warm-welcome hotel! Very polite and helpful couple who owned the hotel. Really worth of money, easy to find and also parking places in front of the Hotel. Easy to walk everywhere from the Hotel.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Man ist sofort im Zentrum und auch nach Antibes in die Altstadt hat man zu Fuss nur ca. 20Minuten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war dem Preis angemessen, sogar mit frischem Orangensaft. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz liegt genau vor dem Haus und wird über die Nacht sogar abgesperrt, super!

this was our first visit to juan-les-pins. charming and helpful hosts. hotel very easy walk to train station, internet shop, restaurants and beach. short drive to antibes, 20-30min walk or a few minutes by train. due to a train strike in france we had to leave earlier than intended, to reach italy by our due date. the hosts were very understanding of our situation.

Nette Unterkunft für einige Tage mit abgeschlossenem Parkplatz in der Nacht. Strand und Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück ist ok;kann auch draußen eingenommen werden.Bad war neu renoviert;Betten konstruktionsbedingt an den seitlichen Kanten zu weich.Dadurch hatte man in der Nacht machmal den Eindruck, aus dem Bett zu fallen; man gewöhnt sich mit der Zeit aber daran !

Very recommended hotel, placed in the center of Juan les Pins, absolutely near to the sea and the restaurants, shops, etc... but very quiet. You can park your car inside, and in Juan les Pins it's practically impossible to find a parking place. I lived in Marseille, I know the French Riviera and I will come back in this hotel.

Lovely traditional place, 2 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Outside patio area for breakfast in the morning and cheap beers (1 euro 50 instead of the 5/6 euros elsewhere) in the evenings.

Hotel adatto ad un soggiorno di max 4/5 giorni. Bagno piccolo (senza finestra e senza ventola), camera piccola ma funzionale:tv, aria condizionata. Colazione sufficiente (crossaint, baguette con marmellate varie, succo, e caffe latte o the). Ottima locazione, non troppo lontano dalla spiaggia,vicinissimo alla stazione e al centro. Tutto sommato ottima qualita prezzo. Parcheggio interno con chiusura nottura.

We found the hotel charming and the location ideal, just 2 short blocks from the train station and about 4 blocks from the sea. Our hostess was most accomodating and welcoming. We very much enjoyed having breakfast brought to our room each morning. The hotel is quaint and tucked away off the street. Parking was on the premises and locked at night.

I liked very much the "French" impression in the hotel, especially the breakfast, which I enjoyed the last time now more than twenty years ago. Usually you get nowadays "continental breakfast", which you can get everywhere in the world.

The best you can get for this price between Nizza and Cannes. A charming oasis between the appartment buildings. Only 200 m from the promenade and the "bay of billionaires" with the big boatswith heli on deck. Casino, shops and restaurants nearby. Very personal and individual service by the owners. Very cosy because of the age of the house; must have been a private villa before becoming a hotel. Whenever going again to Cote d'Azur we would choose this place. Private Parking ten steps away from the entrance!

Nice room with good view. Nice and cheap breakfast. Host and hostess were very accomodating and friendly. Prices were exactly as quoted. Close to the center of town. In short:Excellent value for money.

Hotel davvero molto carino, pulito ed accogliente ed anche vicino al mare di Juan le Pin. Le camere sono arredate bene e molto "provenzali". Molto gentili i proprietari. L'unico problema è stato che viene indicato a Cap d'Antibes, mentre l'hotel si trova appunto a Juan le Pin e con queste indicazioni errate abbiamo sbagliato strada!!! Davvero un bel posticino!!!

Kleines, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit eigenem Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Der Bahnhof ist in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind einfach und sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Zimmer zur Rückseite des Hotels sind zu bevorzugen, da hier die Sonne nur am Morgen hereinschaut.

The hotel is a nice villa very closed to the sea, all the rooms are different one from the other. You 'll find also a large private parking (4,0 €/day. The free parking in the neighbours is absolutely no possible). All is really better than the usual hotels in the same category. Home french breakfast (5 €),served in the beautiful living room. I want to report the small dimension of the beds and the limited credit cards (only VISA) they accepted in payment. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I will put this hotel in my favourite list!
