Cuando llegamos nuestra reserva no constaba (hubo un traspapeleo con los nombres). Aun y así nos hospedaron en otro hotel de la misma empresa, de más categoría, y nos cobraron el mismo precio estipulado. La verdad que todo ok.

Very satisfied. Staff was very helpfull and kind. My mother died in Norway when I stayed in the hotel and they did everything to help with fax etc.
The room was clean, short distance to the beach and bus to Palma.
I can recommend the hotel and will look foreward to another visit.

The hotel was nice and clean and since we were there early October it was also very quiet. The breakfast buffé was nice with pleanty to choose from. It was also nice that they had a shower that we could use in the evening before we left for the airport. The negative things about the hotel is that in our room there was no AC or fan so if you are visiting during summer it will be very hot. Also the staff doesn´t speak english they only speak spanish and some german.

We had very good treatment,because the annex was closed for the season, we were transferred to the main building and for the discomfort was given the very best room in the hotel, for the same price. Our flight on the last day was late at night and we were offered to keep the room for the whole day without charge.
I can recommend this hotel for good service.

Anfora Beach did not receive our booking.We arrived at midnight.The hotel was full.Fortunately the manager was kind enough to organise accommodation elsewhere which meant further handling of baggage and another taxi.
We had previously used your site to book a room at the BQ Apolo nearby.There was no problem on that occasion. So what went wrong this time?
We have to be able to rely on the booking being a definite, otherwise it's a waste of time and causes great inconvenience and irritation.

Web page promised airconditioned rooms but my Room was NOT airconditioned. This was an issue at night as it was extremely hot and difficult to sleep. The TV had no remote control so I could not adjust volume or change channel. I had emailed a note with my reservation to say that I was arriving on a late flight and would not be checking in till after midnight. On arrival at the front desk, the receptionist had no knowledge of my booking and wasn't exactly welcoming either. Despite the fact that I had my reservation number, there was no record of my reservation. Had the hotel been full, would I have been turned away at 1 in the morning?? Apart from that, great location for beach and transport, good breakfast buffet, good price.
