Bars and restaurants are all within a short walk. The resort of El Arenal is at the other end of the long beach of the Playa de Palma. |

Our room was on the top floor with superb views but the wind whistled through the badly fitting balcony door until we stuffed the gaps with toilet paper. It was spacious but the floor was filthy and decor tired.
The dining room was large but under-staffed and the sights of cockroaches running around inside and a huge one squashed and just left outside the entrance to it were off-putting to say the least. The situation is excellent being adjacent to both beach and airport (although noise was not intrusive)but needs new management to improve cleanliness and staffing levels before we would consider staying there again.

When I booked my stay at the hotel I requested a room with a sea view. This was all arranged when I arrived,Excellent service from reception staff.
During my weeks stay 95% of the guests were Spanish, and the harmony between all guests was perfect.
This was my fourth stay at the Alexandra and every visit was better than the previous.
