HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From the airport, take the highway towards Palma. Before reaching Palma, after approximately 4 km, divert onto Via Cintura (M20) heading Andratx. After the tunnel, and before reaching Palma harbour, follow the highway towards Andratx. Take the second exit Bendinat-Illetes. Drive through a second tunnel and take the last exit in the roundabout heading Palma. Drive straight for about 2 km. After the traffic lights, you will see the hotel on your right hand.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-30 or more days prior to arrival: refund of the total amount of the deposit -Between 48 hours and 30 days prior to arrival: a penalty of the total amount of the deposit is applicable. -48 hours or less prior to arrival (based on a 15:00 local time check-in): a penalty of the deposit and an additional amount of the value of 50% of the stay is applicable.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
