Hotel staff were very good, especially the reception staff. The entertainment was ok but could be improved. In general it was a more relaxing/quiet hotel. The indoor pool was frequently used. The outdoor pool was a bit disappointing, a bit small, but this was not a problem as not greatly used (May) The resort is geared for the German tourist and as long as you are aware of that then everything was fine. The area has great beaches and a nice Port. The walk to the light house is worth doing. Arta and Capdepera have spectacular views and a lot of character, don't just drive pass them,they should be explored preferably on a Market day. Overall we had a great time and would visit the area again.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From the airport, take the PM-19 road towards Santanyí. At the exit number 10 take the Manacor exit by the C 717 road. After about 2 km, follow the indications towards Manacor. Continue along 3 km until the C 715 road. Pass the city of Manacor and reach the town of San Lorenzo. Here take the second exit and continue through Artá and Capdepera. Then you will find Cala Ratjada, where the property is located.

By bus
From the airport take a bus and get off at Eusebio Estada street, then take another bus towards Cala Ratjada.

The property offers a shuttle service to and from Palma de Mallorca airport or harbour to Cala Ratjada upon request and subject to charges.
