You will have the choice between four types of accomodations: triple room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, double and twin room, as well as family suite for 5 persons (a triple room communicating with a twin room).
All rooms are bright and comfortable. They provide a complete bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin, a desk, a satellite TV with canal+ and canal satellite (3 channels), as well as a direct dial telephone.
Furthermore, non smoking rooms and baby cot are available upon request, as well as rooms for disabled guests.

Not what we expected. Trucking stop. Micro hotel. Breakfast was very disappointing. Rooms were clean but very small with toilet/shower combined. Wouldn't recommend unless on tight budget.

The room was perfectly clean and as described and therefore represents very good value for money. The rooms did smell strongly of smoke and we could not obtain a non-smoking room. We had to pay the full adult rate for breakfast for the children, which was not as advertised. The service was efficient but not particularly welcoming or friendly

Not a bad chain, although the decor was a bit space age. Obviously constructed out of manufactured pods. Great price, and not a bad location as long as you have a car to get to the city and back.

What a bargain to stay this hotel! The best part is the manager who was extremely helpful and helped us well beyond of his normal duty.
We stayed two nights and enjoyed nice variety of breakfast offered rather inexpensively. Shower/bath room was bit small but we managed.
Room was clean and quiet surprisingly since this was truckers stop. Very impressed and pleased our experience. Francis and Donna, Massachusetts, USA

Good for accessing the Normandy beaches and Caen if you have a car, but I don't think that there is any public transportation around. Right off the highway. Get directions from the hotel itself, because it's hard to find it without them. There was a wicked howling noise coming from the bathroom that would wake us in the middle of the night. Comfy beds, rooms cleaned daily, helpful staff. Would recommend, but hopefully you don't get a loud room!

Bonsai hotels are specially designed with adjoining rooms for families in a "family suite" setup, but the Venere website did not allow us to book it that way, so the rooms we received were not together. This discrepancy could easily be corrected with a simple line of code on the website "Adjoining rooms requested: yes/no" for those booking more than one room!! The hotel itself was very spartan but clean and adequate for a night's stay. The value for price can't be beat (especially if it is booked correctly)! The breakfast they offer is excellent, well worth the 5e per person charged for it.
