An ideal location in central Brussels, convenient for Eurostar arrivals/departures. It is an interesting, 5 minute walk from the main square, but close to all major tourist sites. If you arrive before the room is available, luggage can be securely stored by the bell boy, likewise on departure. Hotel caters for the business traveller in the week but rates are reduced considerably at the weekend making it excellent value for a weekend break. Many facilities are excess to requirements if you only want a clean, safe place to sleep. Rooms are large, very clean and modern with safes at waist height rather than having to kneel down to accesss them).
Breakfast is a massive hot and cold buffet.
Reception staff are efficient and speek fluent English. They suggested an excellent restaurant, not in the typical tourist haunts, gave detailed directions and suggestions for walks and delt with admin issues promptly. Would certainly return.

This hotel was very pleasant for a weekend. Very close to the "Grand Place" (5 minutes), the room was clean, the breakfast buffet was better than expected. A negative point : A our arrival, employees was very very cold.

We've stayed there for one night, the hotel was ok, our room was not 4stars by any chance, it was at most 3stars, but for 65e/night it was ok. Room was very very dusty, otherwise clean and all you need in it, though I didn't manage to connect to Internet throught the hotel wireless, I guess I had to pay extra and didn't bother to find out. I'd say it's ok for the price to stay a couple of nights there.

The Bedford is in the center city, 5 min walking from la Gande Place... I paid for 1 night with breakfast included only 65 euros (I suppose it was a kind of promotional price in february), anyway this 4 stars hotel is really great even for any standard price!!!!

I never expected a perfect hotel like this one for a price like this!!! I would definately stay there again! It was a walking distance to the midi station and the central town. I have never seen such a luxurious breakfast either.

Excellent location. The availability of the parking garage so near to the Grande Place was the main reason why we chose this hotel. Very convenient.
However, the beds are very old and borken down. Sleeping was quite uncomfortable. You could also hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the housekeeping ladies knock on the doors at 8 AM. Also, the breakfast seemed to be understaffed. They frequently ran out of items and seating.

Personal was not very nice, no similing. No hot water in bathroom, brrr. Shower curtain came down with its bar... Very small room, you nearly could not move between bed and wall.
But nicely located very central in brussel, only 5 minutes walking to the grand place. It has a private parking area which is secure and has a lot of space. Breakfast was very well, American style with eggs and bacon.

"Wow" is what you'll say when you'll enter the hall! It's almost impossible to find a so high quality hotel for that price! Room was something like 25 squaremeters big, with a big sofa and an armchair.Toilet was pretty big, clean, with high warm wather pression. In room tv with international channels and hair dryer.Very good buffet-breakfast.The hotel is VERY close to the center, you can reach the most famous square of the city with a few steps, no need to take taxi or Metro.Staff is very kind and speak a very good english.Maps of the city for free at reception. It's a damn good hotel, high quality and very chic and, yes, it's pretty friendly too ;-)
