The room was small (given the cost), but clean. No problems with mosquitos. No safety deposit box in the room. Shower acceptable, but not brilliant. Breakfast again OK, not great. Hotel is really close to a metro stop, and in walking distance from the town center, in a neighbourhood that feels safe after dark.

We were pleasantly surprised. However, breakfast was better than we even hoped!

Very large triple room, excellent value for money and very helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: Rooms at Le Dôme are really huge and spacious. The heating is always on, so the hotel room is always with a very nice temperature, even when it is freezing outside. Cons: the avenue where the hotel is situated has lots of traffic, even during the night cars are always passing by and the windows are single glass (not double), so you wake up several times with the noize coming from the street.

Whilst the rooms are a touch dated, the advantages more than compensate. Finding coffee/tea-making facilities in a room in this area is very unusual and very welcome.

The four stars of this hotel are actually 2 and half. The breakfast was poor and always the same. When I arrived at the hotel I have been told that an elevator was out of order. Unfortunately the one that supposed to bring me to the floor where my room was located. There were a couple of workers making some renovation at the same floor where I stayed. Coincidence? Maybe, but for me was enough.

We reserved a triple room, and it was by far the largest room I have ever seen in a European hotel. If you are an American traveler not accustomed to the smaller rooms usually in European hotels, this is the place for you.

Good hotel but no wireless internet provided by hotel. On the other hand there were a number of private networks in the neighbourhood but place your laptop close to the window (thick walls!). Breakfast fair.

Le Dome was a fine place to stay in Brussels. We had a triple room and it was huge, but the bathroom was older and a little dingy. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the Grand Place, however you can walk down a major shopping street, which is nice. It is easy to get to by car. Overall, I would say that for the price, it was an adequate place to stay. Not super flashy, but not horrible either.

We requested for a triple room because we have three grown ups and two small children, we had a huge room (with four beds) and a small coffee table where we could eat in. The location is close to all the shops and the Grand Place. The tram station is close by. Breakfast was included so you can't go wrong with the price.

Just in Rogier. Walking distance (via New Street) to everything. My room was ok, clean but oldish. Poor breakfast.

Internet connection is NOT available in the rooms (you have to pay 10 euros/hour for wireless in the lobby). Rooms are not very new and somehow dusty and smelly. Sometimes no employees at all in the lobby. However some of them are very friendly and helpful.

the breakfast choice and quality are at the averrage of a 2 stars hotel and not at a 4 stars hotel standard, keep on trying…

I got a single room towards a back yard. This is good for noise, but it is very dark. The hotel is ok with good location. they also have very nice rooms with outside windows, but the rooms are not very well insulated against noise.

E' comodo anche per girare la città in considerazione della vicinissima stazione della metripolitana. Comodo per arrivare in centro a piedi ed all'isola pedonale .

I was happy to find a room available (while the hotels were fully booked) in a good location and for a reasonable price. The stuff was friendly and competent.

Hotel has seen better days but depsite this is reasonable value for money. Rooms that face the street are quite noisy.

A good central location and convenient for the metro. Friendly and helpful staff. Good relaxed breakfasts. Our room was smallish but had everything we needed and was clean & well maintained. An excellent no frills place, well suited to visiting the capital.

The hotel is in an excellent location - right next to the Metro station. The breakfast is excellent. The room is very clean and new. We got upgraded to the other Le Dome hotel building, because we wanted a non-smoking room.

Comodo da raggiungere dalla stazione Nord in 10 minuti a piedi, fermata della metropolitana subito fuori dell'hotel, non nuovissimo ma ristrutturato bene, buon buffet per la colazione. Consigliabile.

We were very happy with the size of the room, plenty of room for the 3 of us, the price was good and we were satisfied with the staff, location and general 'feel' of the hotel.

The hotel is conviently located in walking distance to the city centre (15') and directly at the Metro. The hotel has had better times, but this is reflected in the price. If you don't spend too much time in the hotel and do not watch TV (really old with wrong setted channels in my room) this hotel is a good choice.

Nice and quiet hotel. Breakfast is good. We were late for breakfast one time and they let us eat with no problem. I would not recommend restaurant attached to hotel. Go to Grill across the street. “Central” name of location is misleading. North train station is in walking distance.

This is an ordinary hotel with a good location. The bar Kom Kom is nice and its easy to reach from the eirport. Also on top of a underground station which makes everythin accesible.

I feel like we were misled. There are two hotels side by side, one a 4 star, and the other a 3 star. The website shows the information for the 4 star, but our reservations were in the 3 star. It was very unsatisfactory. We had 3 rooms for our family. One of the rooms was very cold. We kept calling about it, and we were told they would tend to it immedately (this was the middle of the afternoon). Finally, about 5pm, we were told that they didn't turn on the heat until 5pm, and it was turned off about 7am. That was bad enough, but they could have told us this from the beginning, instead of telling us over and over that they would tend to it. Of the 7 hotels we stayed in while we were in Europe, this was by far the worst.
