The satellite TV was not working in my room. Also the shower was small (if you are a large person) and there were not enough towels or soap. Breakfast was adequate. Need better directions if you are coming by public transportation which was a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Good deal for the price.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From the ring road take exit Tunnel Louise which will lead you to Avenue Louise. You will first cross Place Stéphanie. Turn right towards Chaussée de Charleroi and continue until you see a Siemens building. Then take the first street on your right, named Rue de Neufchatel.

By train
The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride from the South Station (Gare du Midi). The taxi fare to The Neufchatel is about €10,00. You could also take tram line 81 or 82 (towards Montgomery) and get off at Janson stop (the 8th stop).

By airplane
Brussels' Zaventem International Airport is located 12 km/7.4 miles away from the hotel. Taxis are available outside the Arrivals Hall. The fare to and from the centre of Brussels is about €25,00. Look for the yellow and blue license sign on the taxi.
You can also take a train from the Airport City Express to Brussels’ Gare du Midi Station. The journey takes a little over 20 minutes. A one-way ticket will cost €3,30 (first class) and €2,10 (second class).
