The hotel is being reformed so there was a strong smell of paint (or something alike) all over the room. The room itself is shabby... the courtains are half broken, the desk is falling apart, there were electricity cables laying around the room with a wall socket unnatached on the floor. Walls and doors are thin, so it's quite noisy. The bathroom in my room was tinny and even though it was renewed it was far from nice. I think that not all rooms have bathroom since there was one on the corridor next to my room. On the positive side, people were really nice and the prices are cheap. Also found some open networks, probably from neighbours, so I got free access to Internet. Wrt location, it is a key point. Close to the subway and walking distance from the centre. There are many options to have dinner around, and the breakfast there was quite Ok. I would only recommend it to people used to "youth hostel quality", not too picky, and with a low budget. Rooms are enough to sleep and have a shower in the morning, but not much more.

This was our first time in Brussels. We stayed in a triple bedroom. The space for the three of us was sufficient. The staff was friendly. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel though I have to say that the breakfast room didn't seem too inviting. Over all it was a good place to stay at for two nights.The hotel is quiet but still centrally located.

Good stay, the strong points are the quietness of the rooms and the shopping area very close. The weak one is the size of the bathroom with however a new shower.

Very hard to find the hotel -- used a taxi to guide us to the street. Parking a little bit of a problem at first but resolved after a 2 hour wait. Very small room and teeny tiny shower stall definitely NOT built for larger mortals! Breakfast was OK but not special. Manager was helpful and spoke good english.

The floor i was meant to stay on at the Sun was flooded and i was moved to the Hotel de France.A hotel of "similar quality".I'm pretty certain it wasn't.It were crap and noisy

Extremely inexpensive hotel. Convinient location. Property largely depreciated, needs refurbishment. For one night is OK, particularly given the price.
