This is an exceptional hotel in which all guests are treated with great care and feel welcome. Rooms are spatious, clean, and quiet. There is a great choice of dishes for breakfast. The staff in the restaurant is very polite and attentive. The location of the hotel is excellent, closely to Avenue Louise and museums. Clearly, this hotel belongs to top 5% I have visited.

This is a very nice hotel with helpful, friendly and attentive staff. It was disappointing that the charge for breakfast is additional: this makes it a little expensive. A fully equipped business suite would be a valuable addition. The batteries in the TV zapper needed renewing. Overall though, I enjoyed my stay and would definitiely stay at the hotel again.
