Rooms a little on the small side. Very expensive wifi. Breakfast not included and rather expensive considering the quality

Room was very dirty. The bathroom had hair and stains all over it. The tub quickly backed up. The toilet seat was cracked in half. Very unpleasant.

it´s a 15 minute walk to city center, very well-located. Nice staff. The breakfast is not included but there are a few places nearby to have it. I would stay in again.

I think there was some problem between the on-line reservation through Venere.com and Hotel system. I had spent 30 minutes for check-in because my on-line reservation was not available in Hotel reception.

Really enjoyed our stay. Close to Metro station Rodger and also Gard du Nor and within 15-20 min walking distance to the center. Hotel was really plush. Loved it.

The hotel is well situated (next to Place Roger). It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the Gare du Nord and La Grande Place. A hop-on - hop-off bus stops outside the hotel and is a good way to see the city. The area around the hotel is typical big city. However, the main street leading to La Grande Place is somewhat seedy (e.g. strip club).

On arrival, there was only one bath towel available for two people, and we preferred to have extra pillows because they were quite thin. It took two phone calls and one visit to the registration desk, and about 2 1/2 hours, to get this resolved. There was no shower soap or shampoo available. There were indications that a bottle of shower gel would normally be available on the shower wall (a plastic base was fixed to the wall), but there was no bottle our shower. The hotel restaurant was closed during our stay. The air conditionning did not work too well, cold air was coming out of both ends of the vents, at the same time as warm air was coming out of the centre; we ended up leaving the window open all the time (fairly cool ouside air temperature when we were there) and the air conditionning at its coldest setting to get a reasonnable room temperature. I would expect the internet price to be just about as low as possible for any hotel; on the bed, as we entered the room, there was an add for rooms at less than 50% of what we were paying, including breakfast (not included in our reservation). The rooms in most european hotels are small, compared to North American usage. This room was smaller than what we had in a B&B in Rome, but larger than what we had in a hotel in Amsterdam. I would go back there, but the hotel was somewhat of a diappointment for a 4-star hotel.

very central place, metro station in front of the hotel, few steps from the north station, the building has got 29 floors!!!! breakfast, as usual in Bruxelles, was not included.

Liked everything about this hotel.Easy to find by road,good car parking,although alongside a busy road,it was very quiet.Staff were very friendly and spoke good english,to centre of old town 5 minutes walk,2 minutes to main shopping centre.Will definately use it again

Very convenient site (close to the railway station and further conection to the airport, 100 m from the undeground metro station, walking distance 15 minutes to the Old Market). Spacious room, with resonable cleanliness of the room, if you close the window there is quit. Moreover breakfast is not included, there is an opportunity to prepare coffee or tea in a room themselves.
