Modern, clean,spacious rooms. Provide safety deposit box, free of charge. Also tea/cofee making facilities. There is even a "pillow policy" to cater for allergy sufferers and to ensure good night's sleep! Well located near metro (de Brouckere) and main shopping precinct. Short walk to Grand Place. Word of warning:in Brussels,avoid taxis (rip-off merchants) and take trams/metro. Hotel one stop from GAre Central on lines 1A/1B. Three stops from Gare midi/south station on underground tram. Staff speak excellent English and will give advice. Also kept our luggage for us on last day when we had late flight. Hotel breakfast too expensive but cheap place - EXKI - nearby.

HN Atlanta in Brussels was a major disappoitment. I was given a smoker's room and I was told I could get a non-smokers room if I'd pay an extra 40 euro, which I didn't do. The smoker's room was the worst smelling room where I ever stayed, it was like sleeping in an ashtray. The room was very poorly clean (grease stains on the cover of the book on the desk, dirty curtains, tiles in the bathroom also dirty, etc). I hardly slept at all the first night. The second night I was transferred into another room but they... lost my luggage! I had to wait 40 minutes, until 1:30 in the morning, dead tired, before they found it. Terrible experience these two nights at NH Atlanta in Brussels!

I was extremely pleased with the quality, service and cleanliness of this hotel. It is as portrayed through its' official website. The hotel staff are very helpful. On arrival I had a small problem with my in-room safe. The problem was handled promptly, effeciently and politely by the hotel staff. This hotel is in an excellent location in the downtown core and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Brussels.

I would recommend you to mention on the site explicitly that breakfast is not included in the price. The room was extremely cold and the hotel had no better solution than offering an extra blanket.

We liked this place, well located close to the Metro and about ten minutes from Grand Place. The staff were great and the breakfasts superb. Nice rooms but ours was over a Night Club in the side street. Bit noisy but to be fair only with the window open. The one thing we really didn't like was the bed, far too hard for our liking but that's personal choice. I would certainly recommend as good value for money.

Our hotel room was actually very nice, however, it was right on the street and quite noisy. There also appeared to be no hotel security as intoxicated people ran up and down the hallways screaming and shouting for most of the evening and early morning. On check out the desk clerk, Joline informed me that hotel parking was 25 Euro a night although the hotel's website indicated parking was free. Much to Joline and the hotel's credit when I produced a page from the hotel's website indicating free parking the parking charges were reversed. On a positive note, the hotel has recently been renovated and is convenient to shopping and sight seeing. The hotel is reasonably priced and with a little more attention on the part of management, could be an excellent accommodation for people visiting Brussels.

Tremendous bang for the buck. I don't know if rate was more favorable because I booked last minute or because I was a single but it was a great value. Location was good too; in the thick of the city. My rear facing room was quiet.

Hotel is in good location near to centre of city & Grand Place is 10 mins walk. Only staying 1 night with our own car packed with belongings for a 5 week holiday so delighted that secure underground parking via a car lift was available.

This is a fabulous hotel. The lobby is modern, clean, and very inviting. The hotel room was also very modern and clean, with a HUGE bathroom by European standards. There is a fitness facility in the building that includes aerobic machines, weights, sauna and steam room and is complimentary. We would definitely stay again!

This is my favorite hotel during my Europe trip. The room is spacious and has a bathtub in it. I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. And the price is reasonable, the location is good too. You just have to walk about 7 minutes to the main sightseeing point.

A very very gorgeous hotel to stay! Good location and everything is super clean! Staffs are nice, they try to explain and help you for information needed to get around the city. Definitely would stay again in this hotel next time I go to Brussels.

An excellent hotel very well situated for the tourist,close to the centre and near the metro. My wife and I will stay here again on our next visit.

Location of hotel is excellent being just a shoft walk from the main shopping area plus metro station at hotel door. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Facilities in hotel were poor and staff were un-friendly.
