After La Bastide de Moustiers, Alain Ducasse and his friend Bruno Clément have breathed new life into a hotel in Provence, in surroundings steeped in history, on the site of a royal Abbey in the very heart of the Coteaux Varois vineyards.

We can't say enough good things about this hotel and it's wonderful staff. As travelers, we are pretty sophisticated (our stay immediately before La Celle was 3 nights at the Villa d'Este). We have never had better service anywhere - extraordinarily personable, friendly, and hospitable. The Michelin 1-star restaurant serves amazing Provencal cuisine. We ate there all 4 nights, and were treated to an outstanding repertoire, plus an excellent wine list and very knowledgable sommeliers. The chefs went out of their way to create a new "menu" for us each night. Breakfast too was excellent. You can, literally, ask the staff for anything and it is their pleasure to provide it. The hotel and grounds are gorgeous - the photos truly don't do them justice. If we sound like we are raving - we are! We've traveled all over Europe and ASEAN and this was one-of-a-kind for us.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
