We arrived late, so there was no welcome, but the attendant did give us the access code for the gate and made arrangements for gaining access to our rooms. We only stayed two nights. I do have to take my hat off to one of the managers. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. This gentleman made all the difference in the world. We had requested a light assortment of cheese and bread with champagne for and evening celebration and he went out of his way and made a delightful presentation. The manner in which he performed his duties was effortless. It made us feel very special, which is important in a service oriented environment. Please extend our appreciation. This type of service will keep us coming back!
