Drunken and noisy people that eventually were thrown out of the building by police. But as we were a couple of rooms down from them - it ruined our stay. One of the receptionist could not speak english so she gave me wrong directions! Your room service would not deliver unless I went downstairs with my card!! Never had that before. In fact it was a total disaster and the noise from the other room gave us no sleep. We were going to book another night but ended up staying at another hotel the Newbury. Advice DON'T STAY THERE go to the Newbury -much nicer.

This was the first time that I had stayed at the Roundhouse andfound it to be a very satisfying stay even for jut the one night. Staff were very friendly and welcoming at all times and were very helpful wih all the questions we asked. The facilities were lovely and I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future. Thanks for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

From leaflet left in room better deals seem to have been available than that offered us.
Hotel needs a good modernisation paintwise and colour scheme.
Early morning call received both mrinings at 5.30 and we hadn't ordered one. Need to be sure about who is getting these.
