I was made to feel very welcome.
I received a complimentary upgrade into a double room overlooking the swimming pool.
And breakfast in the morning was perfect.

The reception staff welcoming.
The room was very clean although compact. The TV had very poor reception.
The ensuite was a completely different matter. It smelt musty and damp, was cramped. The shower was unusable due to there being almost no water coming out of the shower head, and the dribble that was refused to get hot. The shower cubicle was probably clean, but did not give that impression due to the amount of black mould on the sealant and grouting.
The breakfast was good, if a little greasy.
