We had a re-furbished room, which was excellent. Some other parts of the hotel require some upgrading, which is presently being addressed. Latest time for dinner at 7.45 seems strange! Food was passable in the separate dining room, but I would have thought it would have been better in this type of hotel. The location is good for the Tower, as we wanted to go dancing in the ballroom. I travelled with my husband for this short break.
I would use the hotel again, if only for the location.

i was lead to believe we would be able to get in the room much earlier than we could, we was told on arrival we could not get in the room till after 2.30 witch in my opinion is not acceptable. And upon leaving i was told my bill was £120 unlike the £100 it was when i booked online i refused to pay the extra £20.
