The bathtub fixtures are for a person with limited abilities ill located and hard to operate. Also, tub water valve should be in lower and shower valve in upperposition. TV remote control, in spite of complain, did not work 100%. Room and hotel is clean and recommendable for a reasonably short stay.

Hotel davvero carino, soprattutto la camera!!! Lo consiglio vivamente anche perchè a quel prezzo davvero non potreste trovare di meglio.

First they could not found our reservation through venere.com. But then they checked on the web and received the enere-reservation finally. Therefore, we had no problem with the reservation anymore and also got the offered price.

i cannot recommend this hotel! the service is very poor ans the employees are very unfriendly (especially in the restaurant!), in the early mornings and in the late evenings it ist very loud becouse of a discothek or something, so you can´t sleep very well and relaxed. the dinner in the restaurant was so bad that i was afraid of fish poisoning!

I visited the hotel twice. The second time the floor in a coin of the room was damaged! It smelt also not very fine. I told it to an employee.

This hotel is rated 4-star, and claims they have great ammenities (gym, turkish baths etc...) - but none of these amenities actually belong to the hotel. They are all separate companies that charge you to use their services. We figured we'd have to pay to use the Turkish baths, but not for the gym. The hotel staff do not speak English very well, which was frustrating when we had problems with the hot water in the shower (it was scalding and almost impossible to turn the knob to make it cooler). Also the bathroom and bedroom are separated by a glass wall, so if you're sharing with a friend or someone you don't want to see you naked I don't recommend sharing a room here. Breakfast is not complimentary and quite expensive, but you can get coffee and pastries at the bar.

A modern, updated hotel that's priced well, with very nice rooms and good service. Only quibble is that it's well outside of the main sections of town -- not adjacent to the parts of the old town you'll probably be interested in visiting, nowhere near the Gugenheim, and a 10 minute walk from the lone Bilbao Metro line.

The location is a little out of the centre but is very convenient for the excellent Metro system. It was a little unusual to have a glass screen (with blind) separating the bathroom from the bedroom but it did allow one to watch TV while sitting in the bath.
