We stayed in a triple room..the only problem was the 3rd bed was a pull out and not very comfortable..the room was really only for 2 beds not 3..but the location was excellent and for the price we paid we were very pleased..I would recommend this hotel in the future because of the price and location..

Superb location just off main road, very central with good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Reception staff most helpful and courteous. For budget travellers, the one hourly bus service No. 6 from/to airport stops on main road at "Jardin Public" 2 minutes walk from hotel. Main bus station for travel to Bayonne, St. Jean de Luz etc is about 5 minutes walk away. Bus no.2 to/from Biarritz railway station (30 mins trip), every 10 minutes also stops at Jardin Public. We travelled all over using buses very easily and we are 70 years old! The drivers are very helpful but please remember to validate your train/bus tickets in the machines on the bus or on the platform as inspections do occur!

The hotel was clean and convenient, in terms of location but marred by two noisy parties of people at the weekend. The walls are paper thin and it was impossible to sleep for two nights out of the four. With the exception of one person, the staff were very helpful.The ratings reflect the noise problem.

Very clean and staff friendly. As the hotel was full, we were put in an annexe which was OK, but the bed was rather small.

My room was nicer than the one in the picture and the staff was especially accomodating. The location couldn't have been better, close to the center of town and steps from the bus serving the train station. The hotel was very clean and safe. I look forward to going back.

The Hotel is in an excellent location, only minutes on foot from the main beach, shops and restaurants, but in a quiet street. All staff spoke very good English and were pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Rooms were excellent value - spotlessly clean, of a good size and all facilities were in working order. Highly recommended!

The Center-Biarritz is a lovely little hotel just off the main drag in Biarritz - close to everything but not right on any busy thouroughfare. My room was clean and cozy, and the staff was more than helpful and extra patient with my lack of French-speaking skills.

For a Two star Hotel I certainly rate this property as one of the best I've stayed in for EUR45.00 approx. Staff were very friendly and very happy to help, give advice.

After I booked the room on the venere website I received an email stating there were no rooms available at the price the website allowed me to book my room for - 50 Euro and also I was lead to believe breakfast was included which it was not. I wound up paying 60 Euro per night and an additional cost for breakfast. This of course it not a terrible price but I felt a little deceived by the website.

Really good location and really good staff especially Manager, room was a bit small but spotless as was the bathroom. I would say the best part was the location, 5 minutes walk from the beach.
