The Sorell Hotel Ador offers 52 single and double rooms with all modern conveniences. Additional services provided by the hotel include: 24-hour staffed reception, luggage room in the lobby, laundry and dry cleaning service, non-smoking room and rooms with wheelchair access.
The Sorell Hotel Ador is just a 3 minutes' walk from the central terminal and a short walk from Bern's delightful old town. The hotel has excellent public transport connections, and the Parkhaus City West parking garage is in the same building.
In addition to the Hotel Ador, the City-West Shopping Center houses several cinemas, a wide range of bars and restaurants, a billiard center, a games center, various shops and a fitness center.

Hotel was in a great location very close to the train station and close proximity to many of the visiting areas in Bern. Rooms were clean with great facilities. We enjoyed the stay but the price was expensive.

1 - I asked to keep the room until 6 p.m. proposing payment of a supplement of half day (70 SF). They said me not possible. 2 - 11 a.m. for check out is too early. 12 a.m. would be normal. 3 - I would not return in this property since I do not accept 11 a.m. limit for check out. It should be 12 a.m. Moreover, they told me not acceptable 6 p.m. with extra-payment only to avoid a small organizational arrangement for the room cleanliness.

As you can see my rating above, it was just excellent and did enjoy our stay(myself and my husband) very much. The breakfast was also excellent and we would love to stay there again if we could have another opportunity to visit Bern in the future. However, if we could ask more for the price, we wish the room would be bigger. It was quite tight in between the bed and the wall, just like having a bed in a slightly bigger box. Although it was still comfortable enough, we would appreciate more for the extra space as well.

Questo hotel non rispecchiava alla pagina web del sito ossia in tutto l'hotel vi erano lavori in corso,lift non funzionante,rumori assordanti,sporcizia nei corridoi e nelle scale, e da parte del personale nessun cenno di comprensione e disponibilità per il disagio,avevo scelto questo hotel visto la vicinanza all' ospedale di Berna per poter essere vicina al mio partner ma é stata una permanenza sgradevole

It was a little difficult for me to find access to the hotel from the street by car. In my view it should be specified more clearly that the entrance is from the West City parking, and more underground signs would be of help, too, so that hotel guests can choose places closest to the lift. Otherwise everything was perfect. As for the surroundings, the hotel cannot help it, especially now, with some construction works going on.

The Bern-Forsthaus Autobahn connection is in the immediate vicinity.
The Hotel is only a 5 minutes' walk from Bern's central terminal and the picturesque old town, and you can take an elevator directly into our hotel and conference center from the Parkhaus City-West parking garage.
