We had a business class room on 19th floor. Room size was adequate but didn't like bathroom arrangement - separate toilet good but bath/shower and washbasin in centre of bedroom with some glass panelling did not afford enough privacy. Fittings modern and tasteful. Drawer/shelf Storage inadequate for a 5 night stay for 2 people. Toilet floor was not washed for duration of our stay otherwise cleanliness excellent.Great Location with fantastic public transport access.Hotel had great buffet breakfast - not cheap but worth it. Also excellent buffet dinner - great value. Don't miss breakfast on top of TV Tower - reserve. As we were not business travellers we would have appreciated a clear definition of what a business class room is.

We were in the hotel 4 nights in march 08. The fourth night was free. Nice place and really well situated in the center of Berlin. The double room is not very big, but comfortable and with all things you can need. The entrance is very strange and the receptionists not very kind.
Problems: You can not paid with a debit card, but they are able to charge in your account only showing them your card number, the entrance day, your planned accomodation + 200 €. Then, when you leave the hotel and try to pay with this card you are not accepted and have to pay in cash. 10 days after we left the hotel, they have not refund yet the first charge into my bank account although calling them. All this said, without aby information by their side.

The various comments about the shower/wc facilities were correct but there was a curtain that could be pulled to add privacy. The bar on the ground floor was great staff attentive and food good. We didn't take the 17 Euro breakfast but went out of the back door of the lobby where there was a cafe which served a variety of breakfast meals at a good price. Excellent location in the city but I would recommend a taxi to and from Schonefeld airport. It is of course more expensive but the airport station is not very convenient when coping with luggage.

Very nice hotel in a very handy location for visiting the main sights in Berlin. Only advice I'd have for the hotel would be to get those key-cards sorted for the rooms - every night we needed to get them fixed!

We had a very nice stay in Hotel Park Inn.
The rooms are great and the breakfast is superb.
The central location makes the hotel a very good start to visit the city.
We felt 'at home' and will come back!

Very quiet and comfortable business rooms in a very well situated hotel.very nice overall view on Berlin,(too bad it was not possible to take pictures because the openning way of windows.Design as seen on hotel pictures.
6 Euros/pers too expansive to go on the top floor closed in the evening.Do not forget to put the sign out on your door, otherwise the maid will knock and enter in your room at 8:00 and every 15 next minutes!

Awesome hotel in an awesome location. If you haven't seen the bourne supremacy, watch it before you stay in this hotel -- trust me! For the most part, the staff was nice, but the housekeeping staff has no idea what "do not disturb" (or the German equivelant) actually means!!!
Anyways, the stay was great and I'd definitely come back.
Oh -- and it's also really close to some of the cool historical sites in Berlin.

Hotel recommended. I stayed there two times, first one on august and second one during christmas holidays. Position is excellent, very good undeground connections at Alexanderplatz. Service is very good. We forgot a painting in the room and I called back to have it sent to Italy. They were really very kind and helpful and gave me all the informations I needed. I would stay there again.

Our room was small but lovely - very modern and looked new - the hotel is very well situated for walking and public transport - we loved it. Internet prices were over the top - I think they should have been free.... Great spa treatments and good hotel restaurant with reasonably priced restaurants. Easy to get to from airport.

The hotel has over 1000 rooms and ONLY 1 person at the concierge to answer guest's questions. No privacy in the strange bathroom area.Maids would knock at the room's door
at any hour to see if the room had been vacated. Vat and Breakfast are not included in
the rate. Breakfast is fantasic for quality and quantity. I will go back to this hotel if the rate will be the same.

There are few that rival this hotel in Europe and even the U.S. I almost forgot what customer service was all about until my stay at Hotel Park Inn Berlin. Everyone from the front desk, maid service or concierge were extemely helpful and always with a smile! The location was perfectly situated downtown with easy access to the train and bus systems (not even a 5 min walk to each). I'm planning a summer trip with a group back to this hotel...I may have liked the hotel a little more than Berlin!

Excellent place to spend time in Berlin.Close to interesting turistic sites. This is my second time I stay in this place.Expensive but is worth it. Near to transportation and something much better thare is a bus passing in front of the hotel from Tegel Airport. That was great!!!.
