The Comfort Hotel Lichtenberg is located in the northeast of Berlin, with good public transport connections to the city center. Our front desk is staffed around the clock and we will be glad to help you plan your stay in Berlin. The adjacent lounge bar is open all day.
Our hotel offers 120 spacious and comfortable rooms in various categories. Thanks to the versatile structural layout of the rooms, the hotels caters ideally for both, the needs of business travelers and families on holiday.

Wenn man nicht zuviel Komfort erwartet, ist das eine ganz zufriedenstellende Herberge. Es ist ein Hochhaus (16 Stockwerke) am Stadtrand mit viel Leerflächen drum herum. An einer Kreuzung von zwei verkehrsreichen Straßen gelegen, ist es für lärmempfindliche Gäste ratsam, nachts das Fenster geschlossen zu halten. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam, das Frühstück im Buffet-Stil reichhaltig. Für die Autofahrer werden kostenfreie Parkplätze auf dem Hotelgelände angeboten, so dass man nicht lange einen Platz für sein Gefährt suchen muss. Die Fahrt mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt dauert etwa 15 Minuten. Außerdem gibt es eine gute Anbindung mit der Metro-Straßenbahn ins Zentrum. Wir würden dort wieder übernachten. ---- It is a satisfactory place to stay if you do not expect too much comfort. The hotel is a high rising building at the outskirts of Berlin with lots of empty space around, at the intersection of two busy streets. So don't open the window at night if you are a noise-sensitive sleeper. The service is friendly and responsive. The buffet-style breakfast is rich. To motorists, parking lots are provided for free, so that you don't have to circle the block several times to capture a parking place for your vehicle. It takes you about 15 minutes by car to the heart of Berlin (12 km/(Alexander Platz, Reichstag etc.) It is also well connected to the inner city with a metro tram line. We would book Comfort Hotel Lichtenberg again

You can read in official Berlin sites that it is possible to stay without breakfast, but at the reception desk they told me "no, it is not good business for us"! On the map in their adverts you may think it is close to the center but it is 15 tram stops.

Estremamente lontano dal centro. Non c'è nessuna linea della metropolitana che collega l'albergo al centro, esiste solo una linea di tram. Distanza dell'albergo dal centro: 16 fermate di tram!!! come struttura è molto buona ma ripeto troppo lontana dal centro cittadino.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
By car
In direction Berlin Zentrum or city-centre. At the three-leg interchange Funkturm change onto the expressway A100 in direction Messedamm/ ICC. From the Messedamm, make a right onto Kaiserdamm continue along Bismarckstraße and Straße des 17. Juni, make a right at the Brandenburg Gate and continue onto Behrenstraße, make a left onto Wilhelmstraße and then a right onto Straße Unter den Linden/Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Make a right onto Mollstraße, continue along Landsberger Allee. At the junction Landsberger Allee/Rhinstraße, make a right onto Rhinstraße. The Comfort Hotel Lichtenberg is only a few meters down the road.
By public transportation
From Airport Tegel and Train Stations Zoologischer Garten, Ostbahnhof and Lichtenberg: take the express bus X9 to the streetcar and subway station Zoologischer Garten. Continue to the station Alexanderplatz. Change to streetcar line 6 (direction Hellersdorf/Riesaer Straße) to the station Landsberger Allee/Rhinstraße. From the train station Lichtenberg by streetcar line 5, 7 or 75 to the station Friedrichsfelde Ost. Continue by streetcar line 26 or 28 (direction Hohenschönhausen) to the station Landsberger Allee/Rhinstraße. The Comfort Hotel Lichtenberg is to the left.
From Airport Schönefeld: by airport express from Schönefeld to the station Karlshorst. Change to streetcar line 26 or 28 (direction Hohenschönhausen). Exit at the station Landsberger Allee/Rhinstraße. The Comfort Hotel Lichtenberg is to the left.
