on arrival no record of email booking. room allocated "annexe" very damp and poor quality,had to find and turn on cold water main tap.ceiling covered in damp mould. restaurant manager insisting on everybody sterilizing hands,found out why as first my wife and then i ,on the second night became very ill,left early thursday morning to go home to bed and get medication,took a week to recover.will never stay at this hotel again,will book through you again as up to the arrival at the hotel everything was okay.it appeared to us that as the room rate was very good,the accommodation was the worst available,and it was bad believe me!!
