Hotel amenities include a large sun terrace with a swimming pool suitable for adults and children, sun loungers and beach umbrellas. Two spacious and comfortable lounge bars, one located in the main building and the other in the swimming pool area, are also at guests' disposal.

Only complaint would be that we would have p referred a double bed as opposed to 2 singles. We were in Benidorm to meet friends, and the Calypso was an ideal venue.

hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Food good and plentiful. There were activities provided by the hotel should you want them, i think these catered for a slightly 'older' clientele but we were made to feel very welcome. Hotel is in a great situation for both beach and nightlife in Benidorm.

We always go to Benidorm in March.Usually we stay in appartments but for the last couple of years we have stayed at the Calypso.At last I have found an hotel I like and am not afraid of going back to for fear of being dissappointed from the from the standards we enjoyed the previous year.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after midday.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Garage parking is not included in the price and costs €7,00 per day and €42,00 per week.
Outdoor parking is not included in the price and costs €7,00 per day and €42,00 per week.
In-room safe is not included in the price and costs €2,00 per day and €12,00 per week.
Galas on the 25th and 31st December are mandatory and will be included in the total price.
Breakfast is included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your reservation is guaranteed until 6 p.m. on the selected arrival date; thus cancellations made prior will not be subject to a cancellation fee. Guests who fail to cancel or do “not show” on the selected arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay to the credit card provided (up to a maximum of 60 €). Some reservations may be charge a 20% deposit to the credit card provided, if this occurs guests will be informed by e-mail.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
