Our stay was excellent. I do however think that the rooms leave a lot to be desired and with the exception of a couple of the staff they were very unwelcoming. That did not detract from the value for money aspect though

I thought that the food was excellent, both the quality and the range of foodstuffs on offer. I thought that more could be done as regards the welcome to the hotel....On checkout,no-one seemed to care whether I had enjoyed my stay and I was not asked to "come again".

I cannot understand why all inclusive hotels do not offer premium Alcohols ie named brands such as Baileys or bacardi at cost price. As all the drinks served to guests are already paid for in their all inclusive tariff. The quality and taste of the drinks served at the hotel were at best, very poor. The supplement charged to recieve premium alcohols was rediculous, with a very limited selection available. Talking to other guests, and the eight in our party, it would have made for a great stay if this was the case.

Crystal Park hotel is agood value for money, with a fair location in the old town of Benidorm. The central entertainment venue was not available during our stay,however previous use proved excellent. The only down side to the hotel is the internal noise of doors being slammed shut.In general a good standard hotel I would use again and recommend to others.

we enjoyed every minute of it the food and choice was good and we enjoyed being all inclusive even though we had to pay extra for it but yet it said all inclusive when we booked

The Crystal Park is a very good all inclusive hotel. The hotel is part of the Amigos all inclusive group in Benidorm and represents good value for money, especially if you have children with you. The rooms sleep up to four which again is very good for families. Being on an this all inclusive package doesnt restrict you to eating at this hotel, you can use any of the hotels in the chain for a meal,drink and use their facilities. The gym and pool at the Crystal Park wasnt as good as the other hotels in the chain and the rooms were quite noisy but overall it is very good value, however the price quoted by Venere for all inclusive wasnt the price we were charged by the hotel. There was a supplement for the amigos all inclusive card, this wasnt mentioned by Venere when the reservation was made. We mentioned this to the hotel and apparently other guests have had the same problem.

Food was of a poor quality. Price quoted for all inclusive by Venere.com was wrong and had to pay an additional surcharge at hotel. Very noisy public areas. All inclusive drinks at bar were of a poor quality. Everything was massed produced - reminded us of Butlins Holidays from the 1970s

i only have one problem with my holiday and it was the price quoted. I expected to pay a total price of 815 euro's. but i paid 946.67 euro's.I was expecting price confirmed to be the final price to pay. putting that to one side my family and I had an excellant holiday with friendly and helpfull staff excellant meals great facilities etc.i will look forward to doing business with Venere again
