Most of employees dont speak english; 30 minutes walking of Wangfunging area, 10 minutes with bus 104 (modern units, good service, 1 yuan cash, no change). Excellent relation price/quality. Occidental and chinese brekfast. They change money (USA dollars and euros) but only accept new ones.

You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

OLYMPIC GAMES SPECIAL RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Valid from August, 1st to August, 31st 2008:
- Your credit card is charged by the hotel upon booking. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received. If the full payment is not received within 72 hours your reservation will be cancelled.
- You will receive a separate confirmation form by email from the hotel which has to be signed and returned to the hotel within 48 hours. If you fail to return this form within 48 hours your reservation will be cancelled.
- You are required to provide the names and nationalities of all guests who will be staying at the hotel.
- No cancellations, modifications or no-shows are allowed. The prepaid rate is non-refundable.
