The hotel had 26 floors ,from 4 to 8 floor were guest rooms ,the room type had standard ,single ,suite and Deluxe suite with European style ,total 95 rooms . And 9-23 floor had 135 sets of apartments rooms .

- You will receive a separate confirmation form by email from the hotel which has to be signed and returned to the hotel within 48 hours. If you fail to return this form within 48 hours your reservation will be cancelled.
- You have to proof your nationality and submit a copy of your passport to the hotel.
- No cancellations, modifications or no-shows are allowed. The prepaid rate is non-refundable.

SPECIAL RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR AFRICAN AND SOUTH AMERICAN STATES
If you are a citizen of Algeria, Angola, Cameroon, Chad, Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Libya, Morocco, Mosambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania or Peru, your credit card is charged by the hotel upon booking. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received by the hotel.
