Valid from August, 1st to August, 31st 2008:
- Your credit card is charged by the hotel upon booking. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received. If the full payment is not received within 72 hours your reservation will be cancelled.
- You will receive a separate confirmation form by email from the hotel which has to be signed and returned to the hotel within 48 hours. If you fail to return this form within 48 hours your reservation will be cancelled.
- You are required to provide the names and nationalities of all guests who will be staying at the hotel.
- No cancellations, modifications or no-shows are allowed. The prepaid rate is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is done less than 1 day prior to arrival we will charge the
guest for the first night. During the Olympic Games period from August 1st to
August 31st 2008 prepayment is required by the hotel. The hotel will send you a
speparate confirmation email requiring authorization to charge your credit card.
No cancellations, modifications or no-shows are allowed. The prepaid rate is
non-refundable.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
