The Beijing city hotel was opened in January 1990 and it was a foreign hotel , owned by Beijing fesco enterprise service group co., Ltd and Hong Kong Far East Group LLC .
The hotel had 26 floors ,from 4 to 8 floor were guest rooms ,the room type had standard ,single ,suite and Deluxe suite with European style ,total 95 rooms . And 9-23 floor had 135 sets of apartments rooms .

    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property.     - You will receive a separate confirmation form by email from the hotel which has to be signed and returned to the hotel within 48 hours. If you fail to return this form within 48 hours your reservation will be cancelled.
    - You have to proof your nationality and submit a copy of your passport to the hotel.
    - No cancellations, modifications or no-shows are allowed. The prepaid rate is non-refundable.

    SPECIAL RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR AFRICAN AND SOUTH AMERICAN STATES
    If you are a citizen of Algeria, Angola, Cameroon, Chad, Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Libya, Morocco, Mosambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania or Peru, your credit card is charged by the hotel upon booking. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received by the hotel. You will also have to prove your identity and submit a copy of your passport to the hotel to insure that the name on the booking corresponds to the person at check-in. Cancellations or no-shows are not allowed and the total cost of your stay is non-refundable.
