HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From Barcelona El Prat International Airport:
Drive towards Barcelona/Ronda de Dalt/Tarragona/Lleida/Girona to take the C-32. Take exit 11 to Diagonal and Les Corts. Drive along Diagonal Avenue and turn right into Rambla de Catalunya Avenue, where the hotel is located.

By airplane
From Barcelona El Prat International Airport, take bus line 46 to Pl Espanya-FGC. Then, transfer to underground line 3 and get off at Diagonal. The hotel is 5 minutes on foot from the station, in Rambla de Catalunya Avenue.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

In the event of a no-show or cancellation within the 48 hours, the hotel will charge one night on your credit card. *From 25th to 27th April (Formula 1). Cancellation policy 30 days prior to arrival date. Booking will be fully prepaid, none refundable and with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
