I am not able to give any comment on Cram Hotel, because when I arrived, I was told there were no room available. Cram Hotel makes overboooking, and in an extensive way. I was not the only victim, we were 21 persons according to the Cram Hotel's desk clerk. He didn't feel sorry when I explained how long it took me to choose the Cram Hotel, as we were celabrating my birthday with my husband. Cram Hotel found another hotel with romm available, but the staff remained unfriendly. I will never come back to Cram Hotel. I highly recommand Granados Hotel for its very nice staff.

Good situation near restaurants and shops. Metro station nearby. Rooms quite small but very comfortable. Exellent room service. Nice breakfastroom and very reasonable breakfast.

An amazing Hotel! The room is not big, but who cares when you are in Barcelona. Despite the spaciousness of the room, everything is perfect: room very clean; lots of services available; the TV includes Movies, Internet and other stuff; the bathroom is great. I recommend CRAM

Problems to connect WiFi in the room, but receptionist helped me and I was able to send e-mails for business from the reception desk. The restaurant doesn't work with the hotel, so, take your credit card, you'll need it! Meals are good but I found that the restaurant was conceited. Furthermore, it's a smoking area! Go to the center to discover tipical catalan meals!

Nice design Hotel, but unfortunately located at the corner to main traffic road - with open window quite noisy. Room (standard double) was tidy, but rather small. The garden terrace and thus the swimming-pool were under construction and therefore closed - big deficit. Apart from this, friendly stuff, nice furniture, pay tv in price included (unfortunately no films in German, but in Barcelona you have other things to do than watching tv :-)).

Hotel was great, good location. Barcelona is one of greatest cities. Staying at hotel Cram was a big pleasure. Recommend to everybody!

The location of the hotel is phantastic (near public transport and relevant places for business and shopping. The rooms were inspiring, not big, but designed and modern. Great TV (Flat screen with several functions (internet).

It is really perfect. Design, facilities, quiteness It is ok for everybody likes atmosphere and elegance. Perfect for couples....

This hotel is modern, close to PLAZA CATALUNYA (10 minutes walking), and really the room are perfect

Nice, funky rooms and very friendly, competent staff. Little flaws in the conditin of the rooms: sink did not drain, room save did not lock, weird humming sound from shower handle, which for this price, should not occur.

Great hotel overall. The bar was not as "happening" as we were led to believe from the website. Rooms were a little small, but definitely comfortable, and very well decorated. The rooftop pool was a definite plus! Good location. Walking distance to most sights, and plenty of restaurants in the area.

Would have been nice to have been informed that rooftop swimming pool out of action for repairs before we booked!!! Otherwise excellent hotel with excellent spacious rooms and bathrooms in pleasant area - out of hustle and bustle but near some good restaurants and shops. Communications prior to arriving very poor. Tried to book limo transfer but didn't receive detials of who was meeting us until we arrived back in England after our stay - a waste of time for both parties!!!

This was a fabulous hotel - the staff were extremely welcoming and knowledgable. Loved It and would definetly be back - just to try the roof top swimming pool - it was too cold to try right now :)

Cram is an excellent choice as a base to visit Barcelona - some practical hints - 1) you can always ask for a laptop to use in your room - wireless network allows you to surf or get your emails for free 2)a superior room only costs 15-30 Euro per night more but is worth it - the room is slightly bigger 3)the breakfast is served in the cellar and not necessarily the best feature of the hotel - much more fun getting a bit outside in one of the local bars 4) the 'pool' on roof terrace is not really a pool, more of a large bath you can cool off your feet - if you are looking for a nice pool you need to consider hotels like Claris or Arts
