the hotel looks in a good position but the rooms are tiny and bathrom very oldstyle and very small.

This hotel, although charming, was a bit rundown. Oddly enough, the phone was ripped off the wall (it was repaired upon our request.) More annoying though, there was a little army of ants in the buffet breakfast (no joke) and subsequently also in our hotel room. The hotel and property needs a serious renovation (the gardens also need to be kept up). On the positive side, it was very close to a beautiful (but busy) beach and this made our trip quite enjoyable despite the hotel's shortcomings.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after 4 p.m. However, late arrivals are to be communicated. From the 1st November 2007 to the 11th November 2007 the reception will be open between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. In case of later arrivals you will get the access code and the phone number of the concierge after the confirmation of your reservation.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is included in the price.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €14,00 for adults (€7,50 in the bar) and €7,50 for children.
