A boutique style, small hotel in a mansion, once a family home.. Our room was spacious.Good continental breakfast served in light conservatory, overlooking garden.Welcoming hostess and dog. Rooms on the top floor are up a steep staircase, which some could find difficult. Our bags were carried up for us. Need to drive into Avranches for evening meal, about 10 min. Hostess will book for you if you ask.Description of Hotel accurate, we would visit again

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From Paris, take the A13 motorway, then the A84 direction Rennes. Exit at "Avranches Gare" then proceed on D973, following the Granville direction. Just after the bridge take the D911, direction Jullouville. The hotel is right at the corner.

By train
From Avranches train station: 5 minutes walk.

By airplane
From Rennes or Dinart Pleurtuit airport: 1 hour.
