This was a pleasant surprise. Roof-top pool with bar, restaurant with direct view to Acropolis, well trained and pleasant staff. Newly refurbished, with cool details. Would definitely stay there again, all though I hope to get a slightly bigger room next time :-)

Great location in a quiet section. Easy walk to eveywhere the ability to get away from the crowds. The hotel is on a hill, so be prepared to walk up small steep hills, but the view was worth it.

Although we booked a double deluxe room we did not think the room we were given was that 'deluxe'. Having said that the room was good value for money and we were on a high floor with a view of the Acropolis as requested. The position of the hotel is excellent and if we returned to Athens we would definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful location in Athens. Not as close to the Plaka region as indicated on the website, but still only a 10-15 minute walk. The restaurant had a stunning outlook to the acropolis, as did our room. Bi-lingual staff made communication easy. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a an upmarket part of town, quiet at night but close enough to the bustle of nightlife in the Plaka region. Highly recommended.

The hotel is situated in a residential area and is best reached by taxi. We only stayed there a Sunday night. The restaurant was closed and the neighbourhood was fairly quiet.

Neighbors' noise was heard. The view from the room was nothing as it faced the opposite building of the hotel. Extra bed was stalled and accupied the free space. Not so accessible to city centre because hotel is located in the middle of hill. If you have a room facing to Athens city, you can enjoy a great scenery of Akropolis.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By train
The Larissis railway station is about 2.5 km away from the hotel. A frequent bus service provides easy connection with the city centre.
From the train station, take Deligianni street and turn left into Ipirou street. Drive for about 1 km, until you reach 28th Oktovriou. Turn right and drive for 500 metres. At the end of this street turn left in Stadiou ave., that leads to Syntagma square. Drive on Vas. Sofias avenue until the crossway with Loukianou street. Turn left onto Loukianou street and after a few metres make a left turn onto Kleomenous street and to the hotel.

By airplane
The Athens E. Venizelos international airport is approximately 28 km away from the property. The airport is well connected to the city centre by an express bus service and an underground line. The closest station to the hotel is in Syntagma square. Buses and taxis can be easily found at the airport bus station.
From the airport take the Attiki Odos highway (pay toll) and follow the sign to Katehaki avenue. Take the K2E exit to the elevated road. From here, take the 16K exit, which leads to the route named Ymittos ring for Katehaki avenue. Follow this road straight until exit Y1 for Katehaki and Messogeion avenue. Turn left in Messogion avenue and go straight following the sign to Vas.Sofias. When in Vas.Sofias avenue drive until the crossway with Loukianou street. Turn left onto Loukianou street and after a few metres make a left turn onto Kleomenous street.

By boat
The Athens port of Piraeus is about 8 km away from the hotel. There is subway service connecting the harbour directly to Omonia station.
Coming from the harbour, take Akti Miaouli street and turn right in Vas. Georgiou avenue. After 200 metres turn left into Iroon Politehniou avenue which leads to Possidonos street and then to Syngrou avenue. At the end of Syngrou avenue, turn on the left into Syntagma square, take Vas. Sofias avenue and drive straight until the crossway with Loukianou street. Turn left onto Loukianou street and then make a left turn onto Kleomenous street.
