You can sleep peacefully nights and wake up with the sweet birds twittering in the comfortable rooms equipped with ensuite bathroom and hairdryer.
All of the rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, direct dial telephone, Internet plug, mini bar and satellite TV.
Baby cots and facilities for disabled people are available, upon request. Pets are admitted.

Overall, a good hotel. Quiet as described, and handy playground (although very small) to entertain our toddler. Dined in hotel restaurant for lunch - very pleasant. Good breakfast provided each day. Small room compared with others we stayed in while in Italy, but good price (don't think photo of room on venere.com is the average room, looks far more spacious than the one we were in). Good proximity to Assisi itself - about 5mins drive.

The room was nothing special and the shower in the bathroom only for veeeery slim people. The furniture seemed a little bit old. And the breakfast was also nothing special. I found the price too high for what was offered. The best thing was the view from the balcony and the pool-area.
