Nice to satnd very close to basilica. Though hotel person advised me to keep room key with me all the time, they did not clean my room because they did not have spare key, I have never had such a strange experience at hotel. Bathroom was so small, the number of staff at the hotel seemed to be only one or two at a time. I wonder it is rather a B&B than hotel. But if you travel by yourself, it is OK, I think.

TRANSPORT SERVICES

It's forbidden to enter by car the area where the hotel is located; guests can reach the hotel only to pick up luggages and leave the car for one hour.
Then you can reach the parking areas located not far from the hotel, the cost of the parking is of €10,00 per day.
Otherwise leave the car at the parking area and take a taxi to the hotel.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
