The hotel was clean and the bedroom too. The room was basic and simple, ok for a short stay. The bedroom though looked nothing like the picture on the site and the distance of the hotel from the lake was not what was described on the site. The bus routes were very handy though to get to the town centre. The service was friendly.

A Pleasant, clean hotel with friendly staff. Thru some unforseen surcumstances we had to cancell the first day of our 2 day booked reservation, this was no problem and no charges were made for this cancellation. My family and I would recommend this hotel.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From the highway exit to Annecy-Sud and take the Boulevard de la Rocade boulevard. Continue straight on and turn left onto Avenue de France avenue, the hotel is located a few meters on your left.
From the city center of Annecy, take the Avenue de Chambéry avenue, Rue Royale street and Avenue d'Albigny street. Then turn left onto Avenue de France avenue until you reach the hotel on your left.

By public transportation
Take bus no. 4 and get off on Rue des Edelweiss street or bus no. 5 and get off at the Novel bus last stop.
