We stayed in the hotel for one night. Overall we had a fine stay, the only problem was the disco till 4 o'clock in the morning. The music was much to loud, so we didn't get a good sleep. The next morning they told us that there is a disco in the cellar of the hotel.

The hotel is a short drive from Salzburg. You will need a car to access the surrounding area. Parking in Salzburg was relativly easy to find at 1 euro/hr. A very good breakfast with a wide variety of items was included in the price.

they have been in room 128, karaoke to high volume until the 4:00 a.m. coming from the neighbor pub, sin. For the rest a good structure with kind staff who speaks Italian, a pleasant atmosphere to an just cost. Excellent breakfast.Good kitchen.

La struttura e' vecchiotta e dalle camere si vede (noi eravamo al terzo piano senza ascensore, camera doppia), ma sostanzialmente pulita. La ragazza alla reception parla un'ottimo italiano. Il personale e' gentile. Buona la colazione e buon ristorante annesso. Ottima la posizione. Ottimo rapporto qualita' /prezzo/dislocazione (questo almeno se si viaggia con mezzi propri). Ci ritornerei.

Ottimo hotel per visitare Salisburgo che dista solo 2Km, accoglienza calorosa con la signora che parla un po' di italiano. Abbiamo approfittato anche del ristorante con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e con la signora che ha consigliato e soprattutto spiegato i loro piatti tipici (ottimi). Nel caso tornassimo da quelle parti ci fermeremo di nuovo sicuramente.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We were traveling with our 3 kids and it wasn't as kid-friendly as we were hoping as the restaurant was usually filled with smoke in the evenings (it was always fine at breakfast though) and there is a dance bar on the main floor at the right side of the hotel that opens up very late (around 11 I think) and closes around 3 or so. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear the music. So, maybe if you would be disturbed by this, you could request a room on the 3rd floor or a room on the side of the hotel away from the dance hall. I would stay there again, but make a specific room request. You can't beat the price that close to Salzburg.

Take the motorway A10 until reaching the exit Salzburg Süd. Continue in direction of Anif. At the first traffic light turn right in direction of Niederalm. After about 2 km you will recognize the hotel on your left side.
