this hotel is calculative, although breakfast provided, everyday they only gave the same old bread and tasteless coffee.They don't even allow us to get some hot water from them or luggage deposits after check out due to nite flights. They charged 60 usd just to look after your luggages. When u approach them for info, the indian lady will just either say don't know or ask you to call yourself or get a cab to the location when it's not far. LOusy services and I will not book there again in my life.

Website indicated it was across the street from Disneyland. It was actually a 20 minute walk across a busy road and over Hwy5. Not desirable with lots of kids. Noise level was horrible. We could hear noisy kids, fighting and crying at midnight and 5am right next door. Contintental breakfast was the worst ever. Watery OJ and 1 kind of cheap danish. Not what I expected. Luckily we weren't there much. Oh, the pool was dirty and full of leaves so if we had wanted to swim we couldn't have. It also had a film on the top of the water-YUK.

The front desk attendant was extremely rude. He was on his cellphone the whole time I was checking in. He was unable to give any advice on where to eat in the area and then had the audacity to try and charge $20 a person for the shuttle to Disneyland. I do not recommend this place at all. I thought I was getting a good place for a good price. What I got was a headache from the screaming neighbors next door and I got to pay more than I had expected for alot less than I got.

The hotel is near Disneyland and restaurants and market, all walking. The room was as promised and very clean, I would suggest to install 2 things, a thin curtain just to avoid been observed since the parking lot and let get nature light during the day. 2. rise up 8 inches at least the shower. Other things was perfect. I would stay again, no doubt.
