I don't understand why the air conditioner in room not work. Sleeping in room uncomfortable without airconditioner.

Room was very spacious for European standards. The airport shuttle is a necessity as a taxi was 40 Euros. Overall, a good place to stay for the money if you don't need to be right in Amsterdam.

We have a reservation for 4 person in 1 room. But we never have a room for 4 persons ! We have only 2 rooms for two person ! DOMMAGE ! BAD ORGANISATION !

Hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were basic, but beautifully presented. The included breakfast was awesome! The hotel was easy to get to - jump on a tram right out the front of central station. Great for someone who just wants somewhere to rest their head.

My flight was a late flight, so I arrived at hotel approximately two hours after the so-called "regular arrival time." The hotel literally kicked my girlfriend and I out of the hotel at 11:30PM stating that they already sold the room we reserved and confirmed. The rule was no where to be found in our confirmation email, and we were forced to try to find a place to stay for the night. What is even more upsetting is that while we were on the shuttle back to airport, we chatted with a hotel employee from the reservation division. We told her about our situation and she was totally surprised, because she said, the hotel still has empty rooms when she was leaving work. Albeit those are not in the same price range as the room we reserved, we were not offered those rooms nor inquired our interests at mid-night for god sake. Absolutely pathetic service.
